EMC test compliance report of BMS core power module

According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction:

electromagnetic alternation, weak weak magnetic field, strong electricity and strong magnetic.

AS we all know, Electric vehicles work in high-voltage states ,and  in addition to the high voltage safety problem,

the problem of electromagnetic radiation is also very important.

How to ensure EMC level of the safety of electromagnetic compatibility, drivers, chargers, BMS and other core electrical components and equipment ,

it is very important for electric vehicle users.Introduction of  EMCEMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility)EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) is a measure of the ability of a device or system to function in its electromagnetic environment and does not constitute any unacceptable electromagnetic disturbance to anything in that environment. It includes EMI (electromagnetic interference) and EMS (electromagnetic interference immunity).

EMC = EMI + EMS;

EMI: electromagnetic interference (pollution),

EMS: electromagnetic interference (immunity)

EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) is electromagnetic interference, refers to the product of external electromagnetic interference,

can be divided into conductive Conduction and radiation Radiation in two parts, EMI, including conduction, radiation, current harmonics, voltage flicker and so on.

Electromagnetic interference is caused by the interference, coupling channel and receiver composed of three parts (usually called dry electromagnetic interference) and EMS (electromagnetic interference).

EMS (Electromagnetic susceptibility) Electromagnetic susceptibility commonly known as "electromagnetic immunity",

is the ability of equipment against external interference.

EMS test items for automotive components generally include: radio frequency interference (RS), power line transient conduction interference, the signal line transient conduction interference, electrostatic discharge interference (ESD), radio frequency current injection interference (BCI ) And other projects.

The corresponding specific criteria are as follows:

The class definitions in the EMS are shown in the table below: Strictness EMI is B> A, EMS is A> B> C> D> E.

EMC requirements of BMS:Electric vehicles require power battery BMS and other core electrical components to meet GB / T18655-2010"Radio disturbance characteristics of vehicles, ships and internal combustion engines - Limits and methods of measurement for the protection of vehicle-mounted receivers" ,

Which requires (1) conducted harassment (2) radiation harassment (including GPS), is currently recommended for electrical vehicle electrical components to perform indicators.

TOPPOWER’BMS modules

TOPPOWER’s BMS special series of modules are more than the national electric vehicle electrical components EMC test standard level 3 requirements, some modules of products and even meet to the requirements of grade 5, and have got the test report which issued by the State designated testing agencies.
